The installation went well and got it completed within one day (4 awning windows, 2 picture windows, 4 casement windows and 1 tilt & turn door). The price was also very competitive. Installed some bay windows in our living room as a father day's gift. These new windows totally give a whole new feel to the room. It’s so much better when you’re letting the light flow in. The whole process from the beginning with the sales rep Tony D. to the administration staff to the window installation crew was very smooth. Their casement windows are really nice and energy-efficient, from what I understand. It is Energy Star rated and that was good enough for me. Their window installers were very friendly and finished the job relatively fast!

Very satisfied with the service and installation of our windows and doors by Reliant Windows & Doors throughout our house. We have seen a great difference in the temperature as there are no more drafts and there is no need to mention the hydro bills!!! The picture windows are easy to clean no more straining to take out panes to clean. I just had 7 windows installed (5 awning windows and 2 bow windows) and couldn't be happier. It was an excellent experience working with Reliant Windows from start to finish. The project manager, Alex, came to my home and showed me all the options available to me. He helped with the window selection without imposing his own preferences. I appreciated that since that was not always the case with some of the other companies I requested quotes from. I also appreciated his insightful and honest advice. The installation staff were always courteous and accommodating. They worked very hard to arrange an installation time that worked with my schedule, as well as unpredictable weather conditions. Overall, everyone at Reliant Windows was prompt and meticulous and went above and beyond my expectations.
