Alex D was my sales rep and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very polite, came back 3 times to my house. Also, he was here on the day of the installation. Their custom shaped and awning windows look great on my home and I have no regrets. I compared their price to Pella and Brown and they were less costly, for the same quality window.
